The Junior Journalists have some exciting news! We have undergone some rebranding and are very pleased to announce our new team.
Daisy-Rose – Creative Editor
Daisy-Rose, previously a Junior Journalist, will now be taking responsibility for all things creative. She says, “I am looking forward to designing new colourful reports for you all to enjoy!”
Nell – Nature Editor
Nell, our biggest David Attenborough fan, is joining the new team and will be taking responsibility for reporting on nature news. Nell says, “I’m really looking forward to being part of the team.”
Sienna – School News Editor
Sienna, who wowed us with her very professional Junior Journalist application form, will be responsible for reporting on the latest news at Sarratt School. She says, “I am excited about being a Junior Journalist and I can’t wait to start!”
Brooke – Village News Editor
Brooke will be joining the team and reporting on village news. Brooke has recently found a new love of writing and can’t wait to get started. She says, “I’m very honoured to be a Village News Editor, I will try my best to make enjoyable news reports.”
No news team would be complete without a photography department so, let us introduce you to our photography team.
Ava – Photo Editor
Ava, previously a Junior Journalist, will now be our Photo Editor taking responsibility for all the lovely images you will see. Ava says, “I have a passion for photography so I am very excited for this new role.”
Jake – Sarratt Snapper
Jake will now be part of our snapping team! As one of the smiliest members of year 5, we are very pleased to welcome his positivity to the team. Jake says, “I am happy to be part of the team and hope I can help people to know what happens here!”
Jimmy – Sarratt Snapper
Jimmy, who is already taking this new role very seriously, will be joining Jake as part of the snapping team. He says, “I am really excited to be part of the team and I am looking forward to catching people out when they don’t expect it!”
The photography team have already been working on a new weekly feature… ‘Staff Snapped This Week’.
